Host an Event

Rehearsal/private dinners, brunch, tea party, showers, networking, business meetings, retirement, reunions, holiday parties, birthdays, fundraisers, corporate functions, anniversaries, gender reveal, graduations, clubs, classes…. anything you can envision!

  • Full 1st floor (Excluding Bedroom) of Farmhouse w/ courtyard:
    $900/3 hours or $675.00/2 hours

  • Assistance in set up and teardown. 

  • Décor included: faux greenery, faux flame candles, various candlesticks, 3 crystal drink dispensers for water, lemonade and/or ice tea, crystal ice bowl, and jute placemats provided

  • Décor inventory available upon request (may change seasonally). We are continually adding to our offering. Of course, you can bring all your own as well!

  • Access to additional event décor $150

  • Start/end time to be determined: when schedule will discuss day & time

We will make every effort to accommodate your needs for the special day you are planning.

Please note: a non-refundable deposit required to secure your date with final payment due 30 days prior to event date.

Additional Details for Consideration

Arrival to set up decor etc. can be 1 hour before the event start time and ½ hour for tear down 

$100 Security Deposit

10% discount for any fundraiser or non-profit event

Pet fee $250.00/per pet

Both Barn and Farmhouse are handicap accessible
